About us

For our Italian branch located in Cassina de' Pecchi (MI), we are looking for a Tender Specialist to join our young, dynamic and challenging team. Reporting to the Logistic and Customer Service Manager, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven, with 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Your Responsabilities

The Tender Specialist will be responsible for handling all activities linked to public tenders, including: 

  • Monitoring public and private tender opportunities; 
  • Managing and monitoring e-procurement platforms (e.g., MEPA, Sintel, START, etc.); 
  • Preparing and submitting administrative, technical and economical documentation for tender participation; 
  • Preparing and shipping product samples required for tender participation; 
  • Coordinating with internal departments (Sales, Logistics etc.) to collect required documentation; 
  • Managing tender documentation filing and archiving; 
  • Handling contract and signature processes following tender awards; 
  • Entering and updating customer master data in the SAP system, including price management; 
  • Managing PEC (certified email) communications; 
  • Requesting and managing tenders and performance bonds (fideiussioni), including deadline tracking and release requests; 
  • Interfacing with external legal counsel; 
  • Supporting post-award activities, including follow-up documentation; 
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines and tender requirements. 

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare sector; 
  • Familiarity with major e-procurement platforms (e.g., MEPA, Sintel, START); 
  • Good knowledge of SAP, particularly in master data is a plus; 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; 
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; 
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines; 
  • Familiarity with the legal and administrative aspects of public tenders is considered a plus.
