Expert Global Product Marketing (all genders)

Your Challenge

• Conceptualization, research, creation and coordination of product-related master content for various communication materials, ensuring alignment with the global marketing strategy, go-to-market plan, launch process and regulatory requirements.
• Further development of e-learning and training content for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaboration on the planning and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and product launches at a global level, contributing to crafting compelling messaging and value propositions in coordination with regional marketing teams.
• Ongoing optimization and ensuring the consistency of brand and naming representation across all centrally provided marketing materials and touchpoints.
• Drive cross functional alignment and foster partnership with Sales, providing effective sales-enabling marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and derive insights for continuous optimization.

Your profile

• A higher education degree in life sciences complemented by specialist training with a focus on communication and marketing, or relevant experience in content creation.
• Alternatively, a higher education degree in communication complemented by an interest in medical devices, a passion for health-related topics and relevant professional experience.
• Strong writing skills, excellent command of language, additional languages beneficial.
• Target-audience-oriented thinking and an understanding of writing styles tailored to specific target groups.
• Experience in global product management, product marketing or similar in medical devices, diagnostics, or another regulated healthcare environment is preferred.
• Experience in creating e-learning modules is desirable.
• A strong willingness to learn, reliability and the ability to work on one’s own initiative.

• The gross annual salary for this role in Austria is at least EUR 61.000,00 (minimum collective agreement salary for the chemical industry). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a significantly higher salary.
