Your Challenge
Process Management and Optimization:
• Develop, enhance, and globally implement process standards
• Analyze and optimize existing processes and identify improvement potential
• Organize and execute roll-outs for supported modules
Administration & Data Management:
• Manage the Master Data Governance (MDG) tool
• Maintain, review, and ensure data quality for mass data sets
Coordination and Problem Solving:
• Create, approve, and process change requests
Training and Support:
• Conduct training sessions on processes, material master data, and relevant systems
• Develop and enhance training materials to support learning initiatives
Project Management:
• Represent the project team as a Business Process Manager in the S/4HANA project
Your profile
• A university degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable field – alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience
• Experience working with SAP systems, ideally within the SAP MM module
• Strength in analyzing and optimizing business processes with a strong understanding of master data management and process standards
• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent work approach
• Strong communication skills to convey complex topics effectively to different target groups
• Confident use of digital applications and tools
• Willingness to travel

In addition to our many attractive social benefits, the annual gross salary for this position in Austria is at least EUR 58,000.00 (minimum salary according to the chemical industry collective agreement), depending on your qualifications and experience.
