Your Challenge

 

Global Process Business Manager Forecast to Plan (S&OP):

  • Responsible for the system-side management and continuous development of the global F2P/S&OP process
  • Central point of contact for global and local stakeholders (SCM, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IT) regarding SAP IBP and related systems 

 

Process Management and Optimization:

  • System-driven development and implementation of global process standards within S&OP
  • Analysis and continuous optimization of S&OP/F2P processes, including KPI enhancement 

 

System Responsibility SAP IBP:

  • Support and further development of SAP IBP (Demand & Supply Planning)
  • Translation of business requirements into system solutions and support of testing and releases in close collaboration with IT 

 

Transformation & Project Work (S/4HANA):

  • Representation of the SCM team in the S/4HANA project (stream “Forecast to Plan”)
  • Co-design of the future process and system landscape, including integration of SAP IBP and S/4HANA 

 

Coordination and Problem Solving:

  • Creation, approval, and processing of change requests 

 

Training and Support:

  • Conducting training sessions for key users and end users
  • Creation and maintenance of training and process documentation as well as user support 

 

Your profile

 

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification – alternatively several years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning or S&OP
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes as well as process design and optimization
  • Knowledge of SAP IBP (Demand & Supply Planning) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and a solid understanding of master data management and process standards
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style combined with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences
  • Strong team player with confident communication skills across national and international stakeholders
  • Proficient in using digital tools and applications
  • Willingness to travel, good German and very good written and spoken English skills

In addition to our many attractive social benefits, the annual gross salary for this position in Austria is at least EUR 59,000.00 (minimum salary according to the chemical industry collective agreement), depending on your qualifications and experience.
