Method Validation Manager

Your challenge
- Develop and oversee test method validation strategies and plans
- Review and approve test method validation reports and documents
- Maintain overview over test method validation status in GR&D
- Provide cost estimates for internal test method validations and review external test method validation cost
- Develop and maintain risk based test method validation strategy
- Liase with quality control on standards for test method validations
- Lead method validation and method transfer teams
- Representation function with relevant authorities in audits
Your profile
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. (Bio) Chemistry, Material Science)
- Minimum 5 years relelvant experience in regulated industries (e.g. Med Tec, Aerospace, Automotive)
- Excellent leadership and management competencies
- Proficiency in English language in reading and writing
- Strong understanding of validation processes and regulations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration
