Your Responsibilities
• Deliver product application training for internal and external stakeholders (employees, sales reps, distributors)
• Coordinate training requests and maintain training documentation for GMCA
• Develop and update training and educational materials (webinars, online training, e-learning)
• Review and approve content for marketing materials (blog articles, posters, brochures)
• Support application-related questions regarding preanalytics products
• Maintain and improve product application training materials
• Act as backup for the FAQ hotline (faq.pa@gbo.com) and respond to relevant inquiries
Your Profile
• Degree as a nurse, biomedical technologist, or higher education/equivalent work experience
• Experience in a clinical/healthcare setting preferred
• Interdisciplinary knowledge (medical, chemistry, physics)
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Self-initiative, motivation, flexibility, and strong team spirit
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office minimum)
• You thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team and take ownership of your training activities
• You build relationships easily and adapt content for diverse audiences
• You enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting end users in optimizing product use

We offer you an exciting and independent area of responsibility in a modern and collegial working environment. Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obligated to disclose the minimum gross salary for the position as defined by the collective agreement which amounts to EUR 47.532,24 for full-time (collective agreement for the chemical industry). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, you may be eligible for a significant overpayment. This job is a part-ime job (16 hours per week).
