Your challenge

• Serve as Sustainability coordinator between Corporate Center and division
• Oversee and manage division-specific Sustainability initiatives and projects
• Advise and proactively communicate to stakeholders and senior management relevant Sustainability priorities and initiatives
• Manage Sustainability data interpretation, governance, reporting, and steering
• Support division-specific Sustainability communication
• Represent the division in internal and external Sustainability meetings and events where applicable

Your profile

• University degree in the field of environmental science, sustainability management, business administration or comparable
• 3+ years working experience in a comparable environment in the industry; Medtech experience is an advantage
• Hands on professional experience in project management 
• Strong analytical mindset and structured way of working
• Advanced Excel and SAP skills; familiarity with LCA tools
• Business fluent in English and German with sharp communication skills 
• Comfortable working in a global, matrix organisation
