Advanced Machine Operator/Set Up Technician

Your challenge

12 Hours Night 2/2/3 

7pm - 7:30am

Previous automation experience REQUIRED.

 

Responsibility:     
•    Able to achieve acceptable OEE on the 20 fold lines
•    Participate in training new and current operators, this includes documentation training and hands on training. 
•    Responsible for communicating with coach and supervisor on training performance and progress
•    Motivated to achieve and exceed daily production goals and quality output
•    Check production performance throughout shift to ensure goal is being reach 
•    Record and communicate any test results that are out of specification limit 
•    Complete cleaning of the equipment and area to ensure next shift is ready to start
•    Perform troubleshooting and repair minor issues with equipment 
•    Ensure that tube labels, rack labels, and Lot Numbers match with DHR.
•    Understand Functionality and Trouble Shooting with Z-Point Computer Software. 
•    Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
•    Perform other duties as assigned

 

Authority:
•    Perform Quality inspection- In Process Control 
•    Maintain Shift End Communication between Shifts
•    Discuss Machine Issues with Shift Supervisor 
•    Ability to adjust draw volume and dosage during Production



 

Your Profile

Job Requirements:
•    High School Education or Equivalent preferred
•    Writing and Communication skills are a must 
•    Understanding of basic math 
•    Manufacturing experience 
•    Basic Computer Skills
•    Must work 12 hours (Days or nights)
•    Must pass pre-employment exam/qualification test

 

Physical Requirements:    
•    Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours. 
•    Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. 
•    Must be able to perform fast pace and detailed packaging work. 
•    Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspection as outlined in SOPs and TPs.
