Your challenge
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to assembly operations staff
• Lead root cause analysis activities to solve operational challenges.
• Coordinate with supervision and maintenance to assure timely resolution to production inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with and assist department engineering team with quality and operational investigations.
• Proficiently operate assembly equipment including Gel, Cap Assembly, Holder, Eight, Ten and 20 position finished production lines.
• Achieve and maintain target Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques, analyze, and clear machine faults.
• Utilize advanced root cause analysis tools to resolve equipment challenges.
• Advanced understanding and implementation of machine set-up process.
• Have advanced knowledge of all critical process parameters and how to effectively adjust to maintain quality of process
• Release of assembly line to production
• Complete daily equipment wellness checks
• As an SME, lead assembly staff to assure quality product is produced efficiently and safely.
• Train employees
• Coach team members in all aspects of the assembly operations
• Demonstrates complete knowledge of IPC testing and understanding of the quality criteria of products being produced.
• Participate in completing validation documentation and procedures.
• Complete all required documentation, ensuring adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Have advanced knowledge of department KPI’s and necessary drive to achieve standards.
• Perform basic math functions and collect, record, and analyze production and quality data.
• Issue QIR’s and appropriately restrict affected product if applicable
• Utilize SAP to determine component stock levels and locations
• Assist supervision in affectively leading shift, and lead shift in absence of supervision
• Have working knowledge of product transfer process in SAP
• Understand and utilize Z-Point Computer Software.
• Raise any manufacturing or equipment issues to supervision or designee promptly to minimize scrap and downtime.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Device History Records (DHR), Production Orders, and Material Lists.
• Always follow cGMP guidelines.
• Complete cleaning of equipment and work area as scheduled
• Collaborate with technical staff for improvements and participate in periodic equipment maintenance.
• Other duties assigned.
Your Profile
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Four years manufacturing experience
• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of computer systems
• Three years of manufacturing experience
