Your challenge
Monday through Friday - 8 Hour Day Shift
Responsibility:
• Troubleshoot/analyze failure or errors on automation/setup of equipment and identify cause.
• Maintain and repair automation based on root cause analysis.
• Replace or rebuild defective or broken manufacturing/ automation parts effectively.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance of automation according to procedures.
• Perform and document all repairs and adjustments on automation
• Requisition of all necessary spare parts.
• Complete all maintenance Reports, documentation and checklists according to procedures.
• Support new equipment installation.
• Support/backup Facilities.
• Train Operators on Standard Operation of automation.
• Maintain clean appearance of automation, shop and floor.
• Work according to safety regulation and guidelines.
• Other Duties as assigned.
Authority, competences:
• Ensure safety requirements (e.g. lock out / tag out).
• Ensure automation meet output/efficiency goals.
• Repair decision based on root cause analysis.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with production planning.
• Proactive input for preventive maintenance plans and possible error causes on automation.
• Work according to safety regulation and guidelines.
Your Profile
Job Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent.
• Technical education (mechanical/electrical) or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Must have sufficient communication and writing skills.
• Computer knowledge desired, MS-Office 2003 or above
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspections as outlined in SOPs and TPs.
