Your challenge
Responsibility:
• Take charge of diagnosing and rectifying maintenance issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving deficiencies with mechanical, pneumatic, sensors, control systems, I/O devices.
• Overall equipment efficiency including cycletimes and scrap rate
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and equipment investigations
• Lead maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks for dosage equipment.
• Read electrical drawings and perform electrical/electronic/automation/mechanical troubleshooting
• Inventory control of spare parts, project development, and execution of scheduled maintenance
• Adhere and follow all Standard Operating Procedures
• Equipment sequencing and effective troubleshooting
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment and work relationship with others
• Promote a safe work environment by utilizing proper safety equipment and procedures including Lock Out Tag Out and other safety/quality processes
• Coordinate with production, downtime / stoppages of assembly lines for repairs and maintenance
• Conduct training as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on core machine mechanical, pneumatic, automation, control systems, and operational functionality once fully qualified.

Your Profile
Job Requirements:
• Associates in Automation Technology / Electronics / Mechatronics plus 5 years experience or equivalent experience and training.
• Experienced PLC/ Buss system troubleshooting knowledge. Beckoff Twincat preferred
• Experience in high volume automated manufacturing, preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge high speed camera inspection system, preferred
• Intermediate knowledge high speed labeling systems, preferred.
• Excellent critical thinking
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Champion all aspects of safety & quality control.
• Execution and adherance to Lock out Tag Out procedures
