Your challenge
REQUIREMENTS:
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms (to include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter etc.), proactively market available roles to increase traffic
• Maintain HRIS Recruiting Platform, manage quarterly system audits to ensure data integrity and accountability for requisition management and candidate reconciliation.
• Manage Full Recruitment Cycle: Ensure hiring managers are trained and receive annual process refresh, requisition management, resume/application review, candidate screening, ensure provide company interview guidance, offer letter creation/issuance, coordinate pre-employment contingencies, selection of candidates for employment and offer letters
• Use company travel platform to coordinate candidate travel and receipt reconciliation
• Proactively build external partnerships to ensure pipeline of talent for the business (SPCC, UNCC, Union Co. Chamber of Commerce, Union County Schools, etc..)
• Coordinate external Job/Career Fairs in conjunction with department managers/supervisors quarterly to ensure consistent activity
• Lead and Manage Weekly/Bi-Weekly Department Headcount Meetings
• Initiate scheduling. coordination, and communication with HR Generalists to coordinate New Hire Orientation
• Create dynamic and required reports of a specialized nature regarding recruitment statistics such as days aging, recruiting trends, diversity, strategy analysis & improvement as needed
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of all Human Resource documents and records
• Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of recruitment efforts
• Build relationships with key stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, department leaders and senior management, and Marketing & Communications team, etc.
• In collaboration with HR Manager/HR Business Partners develop a scalable and compliant recruitment process that allows Greiner Bio-One to attract, hire and retain top talent, ensure reevaluation of process biannually
• Partner with Marketing & Communications to create a visually appealing and informative career page, making it easy for candidates to explore open roles, company culture, benefits, etc.
• Manage Employee Referral Program, encouraging employees to refer qualified candidates
• Ensure Federal and State Recruitment Compliance, staying up to date on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Occupational Health and Safety Standards (OSHA), etc.
Your Profile
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Ability to learn HRIS software, Reporting Dashboard software
• Authorities/Competencies: Recruitment, Contract Negotiations, New Hire Orientation, HRIS Administration, Vendor Relations
• Organizational skills
• Able to work independently
