Injection Molding Operator I - PreAnalytics

Your challenge

12 Hours Night rotating schedule 7pm - 7:30am

Responsibility:     
•    Construct Packing Carton 
•    Place Empty Carton and Bag at Machine and Move Full Material
•    Deliver Material Pallets To Designated Area
•    Perform and Document Quality Tests according to Testing Procedures
•    Keep Equipment and Work Area Clean
•    Cover co-workers during breaks
•    PC Operation as trained
•    Other Duties As Assigned

Authority:
•    Check Product to ensure they meet the Quality Standards
•    Verify Packaging is correct
•    Operate Production IM Equipment as trained and instructed
•    Process/Fill out Production Paperwork as trained and instructed

Your Profile

Job Requirements:
•    High School Diploma or equivalent. 
•    Manufacturing Experience or Equivalent. 
•    Must have sufficient communication and writing skills.
•    Must be able to perform fast pace and detailed packaging work.

Physical Requirements:    
•    Must be able to lift 70lbs
•    Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
•    Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspection as outlined in SOP’s and TP’s
•    Must be able to perform fast paced and detailed packaging work
