Your challenge
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Proficiently operate assembly equipment including gel, Cap Assembly, Holder, and Eight Position or Ten Finished Product production lines.
• Achieve and maintain target Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and clear machine faults.
• Utilize basic root cause analysis tools to resolve equipment challenges.
• Perform IPC testing.
• Notify Set-up in order to make needed process changes to
• Complete all required documentation, ensuring adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production performance throughout the shift to ensure goals are met.
• Perform basic math functions and collect, record, and analyze production and quality data.
• Understand and utilize Z-Point Computer Software.
• Raise any manufacturing or equipment issues to supervision or designee promptly to minimize scrap and downtime.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Device History Records (DHR), Production Orders, and Material Lists.
• Ensure components are replenished.
• Always follow cGMP guidelines.
• Complete cleaning of equipment and work area as scheduled
• Collaborate with Technical staff for improvements and participate in periodic equipment maintenance.
• Other duties assigned.
Your Profile
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior manufacturing experience
• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of computer systems
• One year of manufacturing experience
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
