Job Title: Maintenance Technician
The person is in charge of: Assembly Dept. Maintenance Requirements
Responsibility:
•    Assist Senior Maintenance Technicians in the performance of machine repair functions.
•    Maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks for all dosage related equipment/systems.
•    Perform preventive maintenance actions as assigned
•    Maintain maintenance shop supplies, cleanliness and organization as directed
•    Rebuild assigned equipment & parts as needed.
•    Daily communication with management on maintenance actions/performance 
•    Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs in a safe and timely manner 
•    Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions
•    Ability to provide guidance and leadership to team and to production  personnel
•    Maintain Good Documentation Practices; complete necessary reports and checklists
•    Follow all safety rules and procedures
•    Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
•    High School Diploma/Technical School
•    Perform Transactions in various electronic systems
•    Excellent administrative skills
•    Detail oriented
•    Technical / Mechanical thought process
•    Maintenance department experience is a plus
•    Ability to learn specific technical processes
•    Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office.
•    Verbal Communication-Presentation Skills
•    Solid problem solving and analytical skills
•    Knowledge of Continuous Improvement programs
•    Self motivated/ ability to work independently on a regular basis to achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly/yearly tasks


Physical Requirements:
•    Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
•    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with heavier weights
•    Must have appropriate vision to read schematics, prints, purchase orders, instructions, procedures, etc.
•    Must be able to perform duties in limited spaces.
