Your challenge
Responsibility:
• Take charge of diagnosing and rectifying technical maintenance issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving deficiencies with mechanical, pneumatic, sensors, control systems, and I/O devices.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and equipment investigations to return systems to OEM standards.
• Lead maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks for dosage equipment.
• Coordinate with production, downtime / stoppages of assembly lines for repairs and maintenance
• Provide technical support on all equipment. Identify reliability and performance issues for correction.
• Maintain and repair Assembly Lines to ensure production efficiency to meet established goals and acceptable Quality of Product standards.
• Inventory control of spare parts, project development, and execution of scheduled maintenance
• Overall equipment efficiency including cycletimes and scrap rate
• Read electrical drawings and perform electrical/electronic/automation/mechanical troubleshooting
• Adhere and follow all Standard Operating Procedures
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment and work relationship with others
• Promote a safe work environment by utilizing proper safety equipment and procedures including Lock Out Tag Out and other safety/quality processes
• Conduct training as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on core machine mechanical, pneumatic and operational functionality
• Other duties as assigned
Your Profile
Job Requirements:
• Associates in Automation Technology / Electronics / Mechatronics / Industrial Technology or equivalent military or industrial experience. 3-7 years of industrial maintenance experience preferably in high speed automated systems.
• Analytical skills: You must be able to analyze complex systems and data to identify potential reliability issues.
• Problem-solving skills: You should be able to identify the root causes of problems and develop effective solutions that meet OEM standards.
• Communication skills: You need to be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail: Being detail-oriented is crucial for identifying potential reliability issues and ensuring the accuracy of your work.
• Ownership – must be able to work independently, make sound decisions, execute professional solutions.
• Continuous learning: Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
