Specialist OT Technician

Your challenge

Responsibility:
•    Act as a central point of contact for OT projects initiated or requested by the divisions and supports their implementation. Process customer inquiries, service requests, and incidents (prioritize, categorize, resolve) and collaborate on SLA definition and review  
•    Communication of relevant information to managers, colleagues, employees and other internal and external stakeholders.  
•    Acts as the technical point of contact for global OT security activities and initiatives and is the link between IT and OT departments and external partners.  
•    Supports the planning and implementation of measures to ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of OT assets. 
•    Ensures compliance with and further development of process standards, interface agreements, work instructions, etc. 
•    Responsible for managing OT assets and assessing their vulnerabilities. 
•    Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the OT area. 
•    Support in the implementation of information security audits and the corresponding reporting. 
•    Support in the operation and roll-out of global OT services.

Your Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer science, or a related field; alternatively relevant vocational training plus several years of professional experience
•    Basic knowledge in the area of OT systems
•    Professional expertise and certifications in the area of OT and broad, comprehensive know-how 
•    Advanced skills of all technical aspects in IT and OT as well as the interaction between those components 
•    Knowledge of current regulations, standards, frameworks, in particular security standards (ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, ITIL, COBIT, NIST) and their areas of application 
•    English in written and spoken.  
•    Proficiency in articulating thoughts and information accurately to ensure understanding and collaboration (communication).  
•    Determination to meet and exceed performance targets with persistence (drive).  
•    Proficiency in developing new approaches and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness (innovative thinking).  
•    Proficiency in identifying learning needs and actively pursuing knowledge to enhance skills (learning awareness).  
•    Proficiency in evaluating options and making decisions that align with established procedures and objectives (decision making).  
•    Proficiency in consistently demonstrating ethical behavior and maintaining trustworthiness (integrity). 

 


Physical Requirements:
•    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
•    Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
•    Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and reach
