Your challenge
Responsibility:
• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and operators.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure coverage and productivity.
• Provide training on automation systems, safety protocols, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitor and maintain automated equipment including robotics, PLCs, SCADA systems, and vision systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to equipment failures.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis for technical issues affecting production.
• Provide hands-on support for complex equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain documentation for troubleshooting guides and system configurations.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure team adherence to procedures.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
Your Profile
Job Requirements:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or technical lead role.
• Strong knowledge of automated systems, robotics, PLC programming, and industrial networks.
• Experience with MES, ERP, and CMMS systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing
• Experience with industry 4.0 technologies
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other quality systems depending on industry.
