Your challenge

•    Lead maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks for dosage equipment and auxillary support systems.
•    Assist with Preventive/Predictive & Condition Based maintenance activities
•    Inventory control of spare parts, project development, and execution of scheduled maintenance
•    Read electrical drawings and perform electrical/electronic/automation/mechanical troubleshooting 
•    Adhere and follow all Standard Operating Procedures
•    Knowledge of equipment sequencing and effective troubleshooting 
•    Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment and work relationship with others
•    Promote a safe work environment by utilizing proper safety equipment and procedures including Lock Out Tag Out and other safety/quality processes 
•    Coordinate with production, downtime / stoppages of assembly lines for repair and maintenance
•    Other duties as assigned
 

Your Profile


•    2-5 years industrial maintenance or maintenance support experience. High mechanical comprehension, required. Prefer post high school training or substantiated manufacturing maintenance experience.
•    Enjoys standardized work processes. Detailed documentation & record keeping.
•    Works well both independently and with others on the maintenance team.
•    Champion all aspects of safety. Execution and adherence to Lock out Tag out procedures
•    Daily working knowledge of basic PC operations and utilization of Microsoft Office Products
•    Effective critical thinking 
•    Effective organizational and problem-solving skills 
•    Effective communication and writing skills
•    Ability to learn new systems and equipment 

 


Physical Requirements:
•    Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
•    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with heavier weights
•    Must have appropriate vision to read schematics and blueprints, additionally to perform detailed machine and quality inspections.
•    Must be able to perform duties in limited spaces.
