Your challenge
• Strong commitment to a culture of safety in the manufacturing area
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform routine quality checks at carton level by inspecting materials and finished products for damage and checking documents and labels to ensure accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, clean when needed
• Comprehension of basic safety principles including proper lifting and use of personal protective equipment
• Review Production Plan and material planning to ensure all machines are stocked with enough material for production..
• Communicate with Shift Supervisor, assistant supervisor and Set-up in order to ensure all production material requirements are met.
• Thorough understanding of elements contributing to productivityOther duties as assigned (For leads only)
o Responsible for training new associates in transferring goods and material handling
o Responsible for coordinating and scheduling team to designated areas
o Provide relevant instruction and hands-on training that are necessary to successfully operate a forklift in a variety of settings
Your Profile
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack, and forklifts
• ERP basic War+ehouse Management transactions.
• Create Transfer Orders in ERP
• High School Education
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Manufacturing experience preffered
• SAP and/or RF Scanner experience preffered
• Ability to efficiently and safely operate forklifts in a small area
• Basic Computer Skills
• Must pass pre-employment exam
• Fork Lift License
