Your challenge
Demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering a culture of safety within the manufacturing area.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures consistently.
• Conduct routine quality checks at the carton level, inspecting materials and finished products for damage and verifying document and label accuracy.
• Keep common areas clean and maintain a high standard of workplace cleanliness as needed.
• Understand basic safety principles, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment.
• Review the Production Plan and material requirements to ensure all machines have adequate supplies for continuous production.
• Communicate effectively with the Shift Supervisor, assistant supervisor, and Set-up personnel to ensure production material needs are fully met.
• Possess a thorough understanding of factors that contribute to productivity
• Train new associates on material handling and transfer procedures.
• Coordinate and schedule team members to assigned areas.
• Provide practical instruction and hands-on training for safe and effective forklift operation across various settings.
• Must be proficient in operating electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Perform basic ERP Warehouse Management transactions, including creating Transfer Orders in ERP.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP and/or RF Scanners is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts safely and effectively in confined spaces.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must pass a pre-employment exam.
• Forklift license required.

• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform fast pace and detailed packaging work.
• Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspection as outlined in SOPs and TPs.
