Vacuette Shift Supervisor

Your challenge

Onsite - Monroe, NC

12 Hours Day 2/2/3 7:00am - 7:30pm

 

Responsibility:     
•    Supervise the shift operation of Vacuette Assembling to ensure that quality, volume, and cost standards are achieved. 
•    Plan and assign duties to production personnel, instruct employees and enforce company policy.
•    Assist with troubleshooting of production equipment to ensure that all goals are maintained
•    Batch record review 
•    Daily Shift communication to address problems that machine faced along with metrics 
•    Issue QIR in case of non conformities at time of occurrence, perform investigation to assure corrective action are in place before restart of production 
•    Analyze the performance of the machine operators and set goals as needed to maintain operation.
•    Responsible for enforcing quality standards and ensuring all operators are upholding those standards
•    Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedure
•    Assist Setups with start up or changeover throughout the day
•    Communicate with maintenance and setup personnel to assure quality standards and efficiency standards are being fulfilled 
•    Monitor working hours and attendance of shift personnel. Maintain Accuracy of Sentric Time Module Daily.
•    Qualification and training of shift personnel to gain complete understanding of procedures and documentation
•    Other duties as assigned

 

Authority:
•    Perform Set-up, Change over, Conversion and release of Production Order.
•    Sign Production Documentation
•    Initiate QIR Procedure
•    Audit and sign time records.
•    Qualification and training of shift personnel.
•    Supervise and instruct shift personnel

Your Profile


•    High School Diploma/Technical School Preferred
•    Five years experience in Manufacturing Supervision 
•    Good Computer Skills including Microsoft Office 
•    Excellent communication and writing skills 
•    Ability to Promote Team Work Environment.
•    Must pass pre employment requirements

 

Physical Requirements:    
•    Must be able to stand, sit, lift for up to 12 hours.
•    Must be flexible to work any hours/shifts required.
•    Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed examinations of products.
