At Greiner Bio-One España, we operate locally within an international framework, focusing on both future growth and business performance. To support our expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager to take on the following responsibilities:
- Represent the company against Public and private steakeholders.
- Design and/or execute business plans based on market analysis and studies, which will enable, ensure and increase our presence in the market.
- Identify commercial opportunities and threats in order to design routes for growth or development of new products.
- Build and manage relationships with business partners, customers and distributors to bring new business opportunities to the organisation.
- Coordinate teams in the implementation of business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts with customers to achieve maximum benefit for both parties and secure long-term business relationships
- Monitor the market, trends and competitors in order to make decisions on adjustments to business plans adapted to new realities.

- Supervise and monitor compliance with the area's budgets and financial objectives, as well as commercial rules and policies within the legal framework of the company's activities and core values.
- To guarantee the necessary training and qualification for the fulfilment of their functions to your team, a succession plan for key positions, and a favourable working environment.
- Develop innovative proposals in response to market changes and adverse business environment.
- Evaluate proposals from HeadQuarters and Spain & Portugal CEO on growth projects, restructuring, or new sector entry projects, in order to provide the necessary recommendations for their adaptation to the company's business plans.
Your profile
You have at least 8 years of successful Senior Commercia leadership experience. Ideally within the Health & Science are, though high profiles from outside the sector that may contribute to our business model may be considered
Education in the area of Business and Commercial Administration.
Advanced level of english, as our common lenguage, in a multinational corporation, and medium/high dealings with international contacts .

- Experience in the implementation of marketing strategies or in the design and execution of sales actions.
