Your challenge
Sales Forecasting & Controlling – further development and execution
- Drive the strategic development and execution of all Sales Excellence activities, including sales forecasting, monitoring, and analysis of sales performance
- Prepare analytical reports on deviations in sales performance and provide clear recommendations for countermeasures
- Lead the rolling Sales Forecasting process in close alignment with S&OP
- Support regional sales organizations throughout the full financial planning cycle (FCI/II, SMYP, Budget)
- Act as a key driver to ensure high data quality and accuracy for fast, data-driven analytics
- Collaborate with the global network to align regional activities with global initiatives (e.g. Opportunity Management, Receivable Management) and targets
- Serve as a core member of the global IBP implementation team, driving the integration of sales processes and sales performance monitoring into IBP
- Train and support the global Sales organization in the effective use of IBP
- Develop and maintain data models and translate complex datasets into actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making
Processes and Tools
- Monitor and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodological developments to ensure state-of-the-art approaches within the business area
- Implement tools that increase automation and improve the efficiency of KPI tracking and reporting
- Continuously improve and further develop analyses, dashboards, and management reports
- Drive the ongoing improvement of processes, structures, and timelines
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in controlling, analytics, SAP, or business partnering
- Strong Power BI knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Good understanding of data structures, market dynamics, and commercial performance drivers
- Comprehensive knowledge in strategy development, process implementation, and continuous process improvement
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into
