Job overview

As Manufacturing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal hands-on leadership role at the heart of our manufacturing operation. Working closely with the Manufacturing Manager and Shift Managers, you’ll provide visible leadership and continuity across shifts, helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly, safely and to the highest standards of Health, Safety, Hygiene and Quality.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the shop floor, enjoys solving problems in real time, and wants to make a genuine difference to how teams perform and develop. You’ll act as a key link between shifts, supporting consistent people processes, clear communication and strong operational discipline, while also coaching and developing frontline leadership capability.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership, influence positively across teams, and drive standards — not from behind a desk, but by being present, engaged and hands-on. For someone looking to grow their people leadership skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role offers real exposure, responsibility and progression.
