Job Overview
As an Operator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing lines running smoothly and efficiently. From start-up to packaging, you’ll be hands-on with our production machinery, working as part of a supportive, shift-based team to hit output and efficiency targets.
You’ll take pride in producing high-quality products, maintaining excellent standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene along the way. With a proactive mindset, you’ll also have the chance to get involved in continuous improvement activities, helping us refine our processes and achieve even better results together.
Your profile
We are looking for Operators for both Day Shift and Night Shift.
No experience is necessary! We are looking for talented people who have a willingness to learn and adhere to our standards of protecting your own safety and that of others, whilst producing a high quality product.
Previous work experience of operating machines is desirable.
Day Shift Working Hours
Two-week rotation
Week 1 - Early shift (39.5 hrs): Mon-Thu 06:54-15:00, Fri 06:54-14:00
Week 2 - Late shift (36.5 hrs): Mon-Thu 14:54-23:00, Fri 14:54-18:00
£508.08 per week / £26,420.30 per annum
Night Shift Working Hours:
Mon-Thu 22:54-07:00 (32.4 hrs)
£472.45 per week / £24,567.41 per annum
Sun-Thu 22:54-07:00 (38 hrs)
£554.10 per week / £28,813.63 per annum
