Your profile
What You’ll Bring:

3+ years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering, ideally in plastics or food packaging

Proven leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Background in fast-paced, high-volume production, focused on safety, quality, and efficiency

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Record of building high-performing teams and driving a positive, results-driven culture

Solid grasp of shift KPIs, operational processes, and data analysis for improvement

Knowledge of Quality Systems (BRC, FDA, ISO)

Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

Understanding of Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma principles (advantageous)

Must have permanent right to work in the UK (site based in Northern Ireland)

Available Shifts

36.3 hrs – Weekend Days: Fri–Sun, 06:54–19:00

37.5 hrs – Weekend Nights: Fri–Sun, 18:30–07:00

38 hrs – Double Days:

A Shift: 06:00–15:30

B Shift: 14:00–23:30

38 hrs – Weekly Nights: Mon–Thu, 21:30–07:00
Salary & Benefits

£38,000–£44,000 (dependent on shift & experience)
