As a Financial Controller, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all reporting activities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, Group and Local Guidelines.
- Preparing daily and monthly reports on a timely basis.
- Perform routine checks/realizations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly budget-to-actual variance reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Supporting budget and forecast processes.
- Analyzes the financial performance of sales and production / inventory processes, prepares regular reports, and presents them to management.
- Coordinate external audits and act as a key contact for auditors.
- Performing monthly cost calculations.
- Ensure timely preparation ad-hoc requests for financial analysis from top management.
- Cooperates with Group Accounting and Controlling as part of the year end closing process and ad hoc whenever needed.
- Cooperates with the Divisional Controlling on a monthly basis and ad hoc whenever needed
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (master’s degree or MBA is an advantage)
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly preferred.
- Min. 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting or controlling roles, preferably in an international group company.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated and business mind-set with strong analyze skills.
- Strong planning, reporting, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- No military obligation for male candidates,
