Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
  • Min. 5 years of experience in similar position in a manufacturing environment,
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing tools & techniques, operational excellence processes,
  • Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Problem Solving tools,
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
  • Analytical minded, result oriented and good at teamwork,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul,

Job Description

  • Manage and follow the lean, operational excellences and continues improvement projects,
  • To disseminate the lean perspective in all technical and administrative departments and ensuring associates’ involvement,
  • Develop, manage and execute operational excellence processes,
  • Provide guidance, expertise and assistance to departments to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of programs and projects,
  • Mentoring and coaching lean leaders, provide lean training at all levels of the organization.
