Your challenge

  • Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Process and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in materials, pricing, and contract assignments.
  • Monitor product availability, prepare order acknowledgements, and coordinate delivery expectations.
  • Accurately allocate finished goods, dispatch shipments, and generate invoices.
  • Support and resolve issues related to materials, shipping, pricing, or payments with professionalism and urgency.
  • Manage customer inventory levels, generate data-driven reports, and analyze usage trends.
  • Maintain and update customer forecasts within SAP and provide insights to support demand planning.
  • Maintain accurate pricing records and communicate adjustments promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Graphics, Procurement, Finance, and Quality to ensure flawless execution of customer requirements.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives — both internally and with customers — to enhance service, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Manage complaints in the Quality system, assign responsibilities, and coordinate returns and credits.
  • Create and invoice special service items (e.g., tooling, artwork, freight).
  • Maintain master data files for customers, materials, and pricing structures.
  • Contribute actively to department procedure development and process standardization.
  • Occasional travel may be required for customer visits or business meetings.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business-to-business customer service or account management role.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP (Sales & Distribution modules) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated success in problem-solving, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to delivering results on time.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and contribute beyond defined responsibilities to help the team succeed.
