Your challenge
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Process and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in materials, pricing, and contract assignments.
- Monitor product availability, prepare order acknowledgements, and coordinate delivery expectations.
- Accurately allocate finished goods, dispatch shipments, and generate invoices.
- Support and resolve issues related to materials, shipping, pricing, or payments with professionalism and urgency.
- Manage customer inventory levels, generate data-driven reports, and analyze usage trends.
- Maintain and update customer forecasts within SAP and provide insights to support demand planning.
- Maintain accurate pricing records and communicate adjustments promptly.
- Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Graphics, Procurement, Finance, and Quality to ensure flawless execution of customer requirements.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives — both internally and with customers — to enhance service, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Manage complaints in the Quality system, assign responsibilities, and coordinate returns and credits.
- Create and invoice special service items (e.g., tooling, artwork, freight).
- Maintain master data files for customers, materials, and pricing structures.
- Contribute actively to department procedure development and process standardization.
- Occasional travel may be required for customer visits or business meetings.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a business-to-business customer service or account management role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (Sales & Distribution modules) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated success in problem-solving, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to delivering results on time.
