Your Challenge
- Definition, improvement and development of global standards for SAP HCM in close coordination with the local specialist departments.
- Implementation of new developments and improvements to application standards in collaboration with external consultants.
- Global support (1st level) of our SAP HCM system incl. interfaces.
- Conducting key user training and creating documentation.
- Leading the implementation and testing of SAP Notes & Support Packages and coordinating transport management.
- Communication with local and global specialist departments, IT department and external consultants.
Your profile
- Experience in supporting and coordinating IT processes in HCM.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM, including authority management and interface management.
- Experience in project management and lateral leadership at a global level.
- Strong communication skills and experience in organizing and delivering training.
