Your challenge

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development and expansion of our global business in the areas of Pharma, Health & Nutrition Packaging. Your key focus will be on identifying, developing, and implementing new global business opportunities and drive the sales growth through building long-term and sustainable customer relationships. In this role, you will also conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses to identify target customers, market trends, and growth opportunities within Pharma, Health & Nutrition Packaging.

 

  • Develop and execute global business development and sales strategies to acquire new customers and strategic partners
  • Build, manage, and continuously develop a robust global sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and long-term B2B relationships
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events as a key contact for external stakeholders
  • Achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets, while contributing to long-term strategic growth plans
  • Collaborate closely with internal functions such as Sales, Marketing, Quality Management, Product Management, Project Management, Technical, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D / Innovation
  • Lead and coordinate strategic customer and project initiatives in a complex international environment

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Pharma, Health & Nutrition is essential
  • Professionals with prior experience as a Business Development Manager, from Sales, Project Management, or related commercial roles with a strong interest in developing into a BDM role are welcome.
  • University degree or professional experience in the relevant fields
  • Proven international experience, including managing global customers or projects
  • Fluent English at negotiation level; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally
