Your challenge
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and market trends.
- Analyze forecast performance, identify deviations, and drive accuracy improvements.
- Support demand review meetings and align demand plans with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
- Contribute to the S&OP process by preparing scenarios, risks, opportunities, and planning assumptions.
- Maintain high-quality planning data in SAP/IBP and ensure accurate integration of customer and master data.
- Monitor key KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Service Level), perform root cause analyses, and coordinate improvement actions across functions.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Demand or Supply Chain Planning.
- Knowledge of SAP, IBP, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are beneficial.

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 65,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
The gross annual salary stated above applies to Austria; for other company locations, the compensation package is aligned with local market conditions.
