Your Challenge

  • Deployment and continuous improvement of the divisional controlling process: You are responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive controlling strategy that supports the company's objectives.
  • Responsible for the budgeting process: In close alignment with the CFO you will drive the budgeting process for the division as well as monitoring of the financial performance providing the transparency needed to ensure that all financial targets are met.
  • Collaboration across the organization: You will work closely with other departments and sites to support and provide financial input required to ensure performance and profitable growth.
  • Management of the Corporate Controlling team: You will lead the Corporate Controlling team both professionally and disciplinary and promote the further development of the team members. This includes also the budget responsibility for the controlling team. 
  • Integration of new companies: You will ensure the smooth integration of new companies into the existing structures.
  • Preparation and review of investment calculations: You will create and check the plausibility of investment calculations to enable sound decisions to be made.
  • Continuous improvement and automation of processes: In close alignment with Group Finance you will continuously optimize the way of working to support automation and productivity.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on economics, finance or controlling
  • Several years of professional experience in the finance and controlling environment (industrial environment is a plus)  
  • First management experience
  • Very good clear communication and english skills
  • Analytical, solution-oriented and strategic thinking
  • SAP knowledge

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 100.000,- including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits.
