Your challenge

  • Global Business Process Ownership for Transport Management – Division GPI
    • Lead international rollouts of Transporeon TMS as Project Manager – from planning to go-live.
    • Act as power-user and functional expert for Transporeon; ensure optimal system usage and performance.
    • Enable and support key users globally through structured training and regular best-practice sharing.
    • Continuous improvement: Take responsibility for system-related decisions and ensure alignment across global sites and functions.
    • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure data accuracy and process integration.
  • Global Business Process Manager for Transport Management – Greiner Group
    • Contribute in building our Greiner S/4HANA Transport Management Template.
    • Coordinate GPI plants' preparation and readiness for S/4HANA Go-Live.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to Transport Management.
  • Identify and implement improvement measures in cooperation with plants and central functions.
  • Support strategic initiatives and the ongoing professionalization of the global SCM organization.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Transport Management, ideally in an international industrial environment or consultancy.
  • Experience with SAP ERP and Transporeon or comparable TMS/ERP tools is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English and German are required for this role (written and spoken). Additional languages are welcome.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Confident communicator and team player with intercultural competence and a structured working style.

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 64,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
