In this international role, you will be responsible for the strategic development and continuous optimization of our product portfolio, aligning it with evolving customer needs and Greiner Packaging’s global focus on the circular economy and sustainability.

Your Challenge

  • Act as an entrepreneurial product owner to drive the further development and market establishment of your product portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, marketing, sales) through lateral leadership, ensuring strong cooperation, clear direction, and alignment on a global level, as well as in projects with our local production facilities.
  • Conduct product training sessions and develop clear, compelling product documentation.
  • Drive the successful marketing of your product portfolio, and actively represent it at product-related events, including trade fairs and customer events.
  • Coordinate and direct our local product managers at Greiner Packaging’s international sites.

Your Profile

  • Degree in economics, engineering, packaging technology, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the field of plastic packaging or related industries
  • Experience in managing product development projects and working with interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong implementation skills, communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team
  • Distinctive analytical and strategic thinking, strong project management skills
  • Very good written and spoken English and German
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally knowledge of ERP systems

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 80.000,- including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits.
