Your Challenge

  • Management and strategic development of the PMO at Greiner Packaging: Further development, definition and implementation of project management standards, processes and guidelines.
  • Design, development and implementation of the Project Management Office, including the definition of relevant KPIs and project prioritization criteria.
  • Advising management and executives on decision-making to prioritize projects in the corporate center and in global subsidiaries.
  • Central coordination of projects to ensure synergies and resources.
  • Monitoring of the project portfolio with regard to alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Support in coordinating and controlling initiatives from corporate strategy.
  • Support in implementing and executing efficient strategy reporting, including the creation of documentation and presentations.
  • Creation of presentations on strategic projects as a basis for decision-making by top management.
  • Project management of strategic area projects.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration (Bachelor's/Master's), ideally with a focus on project management
  • Several years of professional experience in project management – ideally in a PMO role – in an industrial company or in management consulting
  • Structured way of working as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a cross-cultural environment
  • Experience in lateral leadership is an advantage

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 79,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits.
