Your challenge

  • Set and govern global product & food safety standards for food‑ and non‑food‑contact materials.
  • Ensure compliance with key EU and international regulations and act as the central expert for regulatory interpretation.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and customer requirements and translate them into clear actions for all sites.
  • Lead the Product Compliance Core Team and drive global alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen the Food Safety Culture through targeted training and best‑practice sharing.
  • Support safe, compliant, and competitive packaging solutions through audits and cross‑site coordination.

Your Profile

  • Degree in chemistry, food technology, materials science, or a comparable technical field (preferably with focus on food contact materials or regulatory compliance).
  • Strong knowledge of quality and food safety standards (ISO 9001, BRC, HACCP) and solid understanding of EU and international FCM regulations.
  • Excellent system and process understanding paired with proven project management experience.
  • Skilled in lateral leadership and effective in intercultural environments.
  • Strong communicator with a diplomatic, assertive, and solution‑oriented mindset; fluent in English.
  • Team‑oriented personality with willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%).
