Senior Expert Supply Chain Excellence (all genders)

Your challenge

• Development, implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes and KPIs with a special focus on Sales & Operations Planning
• Responsibility for the roll-out of the SAP IBP planning system and for strategic supply chain initiatives and activities in the global supply chain community
• Development and continuous improvement of supply chain management processes, guidelines and methods
• Supporting the locations in the supply chain management process with regard to systems, software and data
• Conducting training courses and creating training materials for the Supply Chain Management division 
• Preparation and reporting of key figures for the Executive Committee and/or Management Board 

Your profile

• Degree in the economic and/or technical field (Bachelor's/Master's)
• Relevant professional experience in an international industrial environment or in consulting
• Preferably experience in Sales & Operations Planning
• Very good knowledge of English
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive & structured way of working
• Conceptual competence with high creative drive and operational implementation strength
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and cultural understanding for working in international teams
