Your challenge

  • Develop and manage a global, strategic supplier network for tooling, including negotiating frame contracts to ensure cost efficiency and long-term partnerships.
  • Evaluate and support supplier development to deliver high-quality, cost-effective tooling solutions.
  • Collaborate on customer projects by selecting toolmakers and providing technical support during the engineering phase.
  • Define and implement standardized tool specifications and templates across projects and sites.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement through adoption of new tooling technologies and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support technology transfer, troubleshooting, and close cooperation with the Global Category Manager for supplier negotiations.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed technical education (ideally with a qualification from a technical college or university of applied sciences)
  • Experience in tool design, tool making or procurement of tools
  • 5 years project management experience in the plastics industry
  • Profound IT Skills (MS Office, CAD)
  • Excellent English skills
