We are looking for an HSE training professional based in Poland to support and train teams across Greiner’s locations in the country. In this role, you will work closely with local management and HSE Leads to strengthen our safety culture, build HSE capabilities, and drive the consistent implementation of HSE standards. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility to suit individual needs.I

Your challenge

  • Support the rollout of Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) and human-performance-oriented safety approaches across the Divisions .
  • Design and deliver HSE trainings, workshops, and leadership sessions as lead trainer (both in-person and digital formats)
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of corporate HSE standards across divisions, business units, and locations
  • Collaborate closely with local management and the local HSE Leads to plan and roll out training initiatives
  • Promote best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing across divisions and sites
  • Develop, maintain, and update digital HSE training content and e-learning modules
  • Create digital learning formats such as videos and interactive training units
  • Assess the effectiveness and practical implementation of HSE standards and training measures at site level 
  • Coach and support local management teams and HSE Leads in driving effective HSE implementation and continuous safety improvement at site level 
  • Initiate follow-up activities with local management and local HSE Leads to address identified HSE gaps

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE and/or training roles within manufacturing or operational environments
  • Proven experience in international settings with diverse target groups
  • Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and safety culture development
  • Knowledge in the area of Behaviour Based Safety 
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
  • Strong facilitation, moderation, and communication skills
  • Intercultural competence and ability to work in global environments
  • Experience in workshop design and moderation
  • Familiarity with standards and legal HSE regulations
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Willingness to travel across Greiner locations in Poland and occasionally internationally
