As a Maintenance and Plant Operations Technician, you will help ensure the reliable operation of our state-of-the-art electron beam and X-ray facilities, as well as our technical infrastructure.
Your Challenge
- Perform maintenance and servicing of our electron beam and X-ray processing systems
- Maintain and support conveyor systems, including pallet, tray, and carton transport systems
- Service and inspect safety and monitoring systems
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and independently troubleshoot technical issues
- Carry out equipment startups, shutdowns, and safety inspections
- Continuously optimize equipment performance and technical processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation, records, and checklists
- Support spare parts inventory and management activities
Your Profile
- Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, or HTL-equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a comparable field
- Experience in the maintenance and servicing of industrial equipment is an advantage
- Knowledge of conveyor technology, control systems, or building services engineering is beneficial
- Strong technical interest and willingness to learn new technologies and specialized systems
- Good German language skills and basic English proficiency
- Sound PC user skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Team-oriented, reliable, and responsible personality

Due to legal standards in Austria, we are required to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for the position as defined by the collective agreement, which amounts EUR 48.482,84 € (collective agreement for chemical industry).
