Take on a key role as Executive Assistant and support the CFO of the Greiner Group strategically and operationally in the further development of our company.
You will be an essential part of strategic meetings, actively contribute to relevant topics, and independently manage important projects. Due to your central role, you will work closely with the top management of the Greiner Group and gain deep insights into a wide range of financial topics.
Your Challenge
- Strategic Support & Executive Assistance: Prepare, review, and compile relevant materials and decision documents for the CFO; ensure smooth information flow and assist in preparing strategic topics.
- Communication Interface at Top Management Level: Manage interfaces and coordinate communication between the CFO, the Supervisory Board, the Executive Leadership Team, divisional leaders, and other departments.
- Preparation and Follow-up of Strategic Meetings: Independently prepare for, participate in, and follow up on key meetings and committee sessions, including summarizing and presenting outcomes.
- Project Management and Implementation: Take full ownership of specific projects and proactively manage and support relevant initiatives within the CFO’s area of responsibility.
Your Profile
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in a financial setting (e.g., banking, controlling, consulting); project-based experience is a plus
- Strong interest in financial topics and a commitment to continuous professional development
- Excellent analytical skills, high level of initiative, and a structured way of working
- Strong flexibility, resilience, and absolute discretion
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence when engaging with internal and external stakeholders at various management levels
- Strong team player with enthusiasm for close collaboration across departments and with leadership
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Due to legal standards in Austria, we are required to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for the position as defined by the collective agreement, which amounts EUR 72,071.60€ (collective agreement for chemical industry). A willingness to offer additional compensation based on your individual profile and professional experience is a given.
