Your Challenge:

  • Support Service Desk and Site IT with high level Expert IT knowledge in solving incidents and requests
  • Ensure compliance to IT Security and implement related security measures
  • Participate in and lead IT projects in the affected region and sites
  • Provide technical and organizational consulting and support for the implementation of existing and new standards and policies to the local sites and service centers
  • Develop and verify solutions for problems (problem management)
  • Assist local site IT in the budgeting process
  • Administration and maintenance of local and regional IT infrastructure, systems and services
  • License management for the IT systems in your responsibility
  • Create and update solution documentation in a global knowledge base

 

Your Profil:

  • Profound Knowledge in in a broad area of IT systems
  • Especially: Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Networking, Windows Server, Server Management
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position (IT Administrator, IT Expert, IT Engineer)
  • English in written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
