#teamgreiner
Within the Group Commercial Excellence team, we shape how the Greiner Group operates commercially across divisions — with clear structures and a strong focus on sustainable, profitable growth. We define common guardrails for topics such as market approach, pricing, and sales excellence, while execution and customer ownership intentionally remain within the divisions.
As Group Expert Commercial Strategy & Framework, you will take on a key role in developing and embedding these commercial standards. You will work closely with the divisions and leadership teams, translating strategic goals into clear frameworks, practical guidelines, and scalable ways of working that are effectively applied in day-to-day business.
Your challenge
- Develop and shape the Group-wide commercial governance, including decision-making logics and pricing guardrails
- Build the Group’s commercial strategy framework, covering topics such as segmentation, go-to-market approaches, and commercial priorities
- Define and steer the sales enablement and capability concept, including value-based selling, sales methodologies, and shared tool and process standards in close collaboration with the divisions
- Develop pricing excellence standards (e.g., pricing principles, guidelines, and governance mechanisms)
- Support the implementation and adoption of these standards together with the divisions
Your Profile
- University degree (FH/University) in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market, or comparable strategic commercial roles, ideally in an international or multi-divisional environment
- Strong understanding of commercial concepts such as segmentation, go-to-market models, value-based selling, and pricing governance
- Experience in developing standards, frameworks, or governance models applied across multiple countries, business units, or organizational entities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and influence without direct disciplinary authority
- Very good English skills; German is an advantage
