As a (Senior) Project Manager Business Transformation, you will help shape the ongoing transformation of the Greiner Group across all three business divisions. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will actively contribute to the optimization of our organizational structures, processes, and ways of working. Your Challenge

Depending on your experience, you will either take ownership of key workstreams or lead entire (sub-)projects in the following areas:

 

  • Planning, managing and executing business transformation projects
  • Supporting change initiatives across structures, systems, and processes within all divisions of the Greiner Group
  • Analyzing and optimizing business processes in collaboration with functional teams and senior management
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and external partners while managing key internal stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting project documentation, status reports and decision-making materials for various target groups – particularly executive management and the board
  • Supporting change management initiatives and helping implement new tools, methodologies, and ways of working

Your Profile

  • University degree in business administration, management, project management or a comparable field
  • Initial project experience or several years of professional experience in project management – ideally in transformation, change, or organizational development
  • Strong skills in research, data analysis and financial or operational modelling
  • Ability to translate complex information and data into clear, visually compelling presentations
  • A structured and solution-oriented mindset combined with a high level of initiative
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style – also in complex stakeholder environments
  • Familiarity with classical and/or agile project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI)
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal skills

In accordance with legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for these positions as defined by the collective agreement for the chemical industry: € 59,781.96 for Project Manager and € 72,171.26 for Senior Project Manager. A willingness to offer additional compensation based on your individual profile and professional experience is a given.
