Your challenge
- Planning, coordinating, and executing international technical projects across multiple locations while ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and project objectives
- Defining project scope, objectives, work packages, and milestones in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and technical functions
- Leading and coordinating international, cross-functional project teams and acting as the central interface between sites, functions, and management throughout all project phases
- Managing project changes (change requests), including evaluation, alignment, approval processes, and documentation of impacts on scope, timeline, cost, and quality
- Evaluating technical solutions with regard to operational, maintenance, and cost aspects and preparing decision-making documents for management
- Ensuring complete, structured, and audit-proof project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Preparing and presenting project status reports, progress updates, risk assessments, and milestone reviews to stakeholders and management
- Ensuring technical project validation and compliance with regulatory requirements as well as internal standards within the project framework
Your Profile
- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or a comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in technical and project-driven environments
- Proven track record in managing international and cross-functional projects
- Strong knowledge of technical project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in managing project performance with regard to time, cost, and quality targets
- Solid technical understanding of production, operations, and lifecycle management processes
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and locations
- High degree of documentation and process orientation
- Fluency in English; German language skills are considered an advantage
- Project management certification and experience in regulated environments are beneficial

Due to legal standards in Austria, we are required to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for the position as defined by the collective agreement, which amounts EUR 68.000 (collective agreement for chemical industry). A willingness to offer additional compensation based on your individual profile and professional experience is a given.
