We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week, working days to be agreed). 

Your Challenge

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors and guests
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, both internally and externally
  • Supporting general administrative and office-related tasks, including orders, invoices and expense processing
  • Assisting with the organization and coordination of events
  • Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms and ensuring they are well equipped for meetings 

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial or business-related education, combined with relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive, reliable and well-organized working style, combined with a strong team spirit and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Strong service orientation, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Valid Category B driving licence

In accordance with legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for this position as defined by the collective agreement, which is € 41,851.18 (Chemical Industry Collective Agreement). We are, of course, willing to offer a market-aligned overpayment depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
