Are you passionate about business applications and eager to ensure stable, efficient, and user-focused IT operations? Join our team as a Specialist IT Business Applications Operations (all genders) and help shape, support, and optimize critical business applications that enable our global business processes.

Your challenge

  • Support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT business applications throughout their lifecycle, with an initial focus on the implementation of a large electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) for Greiner Bio-One.
  • Coordinate the approximately one-year eQMS project across several modules and ensure structured project planning and organization.
  • Track tasks, timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies and ensure the timely follow-up of agreed actions.
  • Coordinate application changes, testing and implementation activities within the eQMS project to ensure a smooth rollout and reliable system performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and support the resolution of issues in close collaboration with Key Users, IT teams and external vendors.
  • Work closely with the Quality Management department of Greiner Bio-One to understand business requirements and translate them into coordinated project activities.
  • Organize project meetings and workshops and ensure clear communication between business stakeholders, Group IT, Key Users, vendors and support teams.
  • Apply agile project management methods to support effective collaboration across the different project teams and workstreams.
  • Contribute to ONE, another major company-wide project, and support the coordination of related IT application and project activities.
  • Support access management, application documentation and continuous improvement activities to ensure compliant and sustainable application operations.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field; alternatively, relevant vocational training and professional experience.
  • Several years experience in managing or coordinating IT or business application projects.
  • Experience working in an SAP environment is required.
  • Good understanding of business processes, IT systems, data management and system integrations.
  • Experience with agile project management methods; experience as a Scrum Master is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented working style, with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent English is essential; German or Czech is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

In accordance with legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for this position as defined by the collective agreement, which is € 48,282.84 (Chemical Industry Collective Agreement). If you meet all the requirements for this position you can expect a minimum annual gross salary of €70,000 as a starting point.
