  • Master Customer Interactions: Efficiently handle inquiries, service requests, and incidents with finesse, while collaborating on SLA definitions and reviews
  • Seamless Employee Transitions: Facilitate smooth on- and offboarding processes in line with HR requirements
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain close, proactive communication with customers, keeping them informed about their inquiries and error reports
  • Champion IT Service Management and Security: Adhere to top-tier policies and standards
  • Knowledge Guru: Create and update solution documentation in a global knowledge base for supported systems
  • Asset Maestro: Manage IT assets and services, overseeing their lifecycle and the purchasing process
  • Proactive Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on logs and reports to identify potential issues and ensure stable operations
  • Collaborative Problem-Solver: Work closely with second-level support and Regional Service Center (RSC) to resolve escalated incidents and service requests
  • Local Infrastructure Expert: Focus on local specifics, setup, and maintenance of infrastructure and devices

Your Profile

 

  • Educational Background: Completed education with a focus on IT (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL, or equivalent), possessing at least the basic understanding of IT systems
  • Experience & Technical Proficiency: at least 6 months experience in a similar role with exposure to Microsoft Online Services, Active Directory, Networking, Client Management and Server Management
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate thoughts and information accurately for effective collaboration
  • Drive: Determination to meet and exceed performance targets with persistence
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to develop new approaches and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Learning Awareness: Keen on identifying learning needs and actively pursuing knowledge to enhance skills
  • Decision Making: Skilled in evaluating options and making decisions that align with established procedures and objectives
  • Integrity: Consistently demonstrate ethical behavior and maintain trustworthiness
  • Additional Skills: Completed civil or military service and a driving license B are a plus.

Due to legal standards in Austria, we are required to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for this position as defined by the collective agreement, which amounts EUR 47.532,24 € (collective agreement for the chemical industry). A willingness to offer additional compensation based on your individual profile and professional experience, as well as a performance bonus, is a given.
